If you want to cancel your order. Please contact us within 24 hours at +91-9057213367. Office timing 11 am - 6 pm (Monday- Friday)

After 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellation will be allowed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@thestopmotion.co with details of the product and the defect.

We will not accept any cancellation or refund request after 7 days of delivery.

​Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect.

If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price only if we run out of stock.

The refunded amount will be reflected in your bank within 8-10 working days
