Shipping Policy

  • We ship on all working days (except Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, regional holidays)

  • Orders may take from 4 to 7 days to dispatch.

  • Some products may have a special lead time, So kindly go through the products information page before you place an order.

  • To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship via reputed logistics services with tracking.

  • In case of any issue related to the delivery of the order, the customer has to report us within 30 days from the date of order shipping, no complaint after 30 days will be entertained.

  • The shipping charge is 120 INR for orders below 2500 INR. Orders over 2500 INR is free shipping

  • Customer/Buyer is responsible for giving the correct address.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
